apply before taking the degree

Hi there! I'm a dental student in Italy and I'd like to continue my education in the USA. I have a quick question: can I apply to PASS and MATCH before taking my degree? In the FAQ section it says that they require "official dental school transcript" but is not clear if the degree is included.

You need to have a degree from an accredited program in most cases or complete degree from non-accredited program in some. Better call them and ask
