I'm a non-trad but I think my question would best be answered on this board. I have an undergrad in Poli Sci (graduated 2006) and have been working on my pre-reqs for the past year.
I'm almost done except for my O-Chem series and 1 Physics course. I thought I'd be able to start O-Chem Winter qt. and finish by Summer 2011 (before interviews) but at my current school, they now want me to take 1 more Gen-Chem as a pre-req. This sets me back further than I anticipated.
I wouldn't be finished my O-Chem series until Fall 2011.
I originally planned to apply May 2011. Now I'm wondering if I should wait until the 2012 cycle.
Is applying May 2011 without starting the O-Chem sequence even worth it?
My Science GPA is solid (3.7), my undergrad GPA is 3.3. I have LOR.
I'd hate to wait until May 2012 to apply for that cycle but if that is best advised, I'll do it.
Thanks all.
