is it competitive enough to get in to like top 20 schools?

if you interview well, yes. sans the 7 on the VR, your numbers and experience are certainly good enough to get you there. i think you have enough clinical experience. maybe do something clinical this summer just to be sure. get a 9+ on VR when you retake and you're golden.
