MD Apply to Tufts and Georgetown with 511/3.55, top 20 ugrad?

Are Tufts and Georgetown worth adding to my school list with a 511/3.55 ? my Ugrad is a top 20, biochem major, very hard to come by straight A's

very average/below average EC's (less than 200 hours clinical - I note Gtown says 200+ is competative). want an acceptance!!

I don't think Georgetown would be worth it since you're below their median for stats and they have very specific requirements for "competitive" applicants -- at least 200 clinical hours, 100 research hours, 100 hours direct service of the underserved, etc. On top of that they get ~14,000 applications.
