apply to UW?

Hello,

I was wondering if I should add UW to my school list?
I already e-submitted last Friday. I didn't apply to UW because I didn't think I would have a chance. But I have been wanting to go to UW for years..
I am an Idaho resident and went to a university in Washington state.
I have 3.57 oGPA and 3.42 sGPA. 19 AA/19 TS/ 21 PAT

I know UW is not OOS friendly and my stats are not that competitive.
And I already applied to 16 schools..
