So as most probably know by now, PTCAS is opening up in t-minus 1 month. With the application opening fast approaching I was wondering what the proper way to go about reapplying was? I applied for the first time last year and didn't get in, but fortunately now most of the materials can be transferred over no problem except for references, hours, payments, essays (I'm still trying to figure out how to tackle this years essay.)

I guess my main question is, as a re applicant you are supposed to get a code to reapply but do you start this process when the application period opens up? And is there anything else important as a reapplicant to keep in mind this time around?

Thanks in advance for the help!

Pretty sure there is an option that indicates you are a reapplicant. Most of the supplemental questions on PTCAS ask if you are a reapplicant what have you done to strengthen your application or something like that. I would apply very early and really milk what you did to improve your application and show that you should be accepted.

Search the forum, this years prompt has been discussed....iirc the thread name was something like "DPT 2016-2017"
