When should you fill out the FAFSA application?

I have been accepted to a school, however it is not my top choice. Should you only fill out the form once you are 100% certain that they are going to attend a specific school? Or can I fill it out now with the school I have been accepted to and change it later?

Sorry if this is a stupid question, I am new to this process.

You can actually put multiple schools on the fafsa when you fill it out. So you can still put down the school your not certain about attending and your top choice.
