Can someone please explain the application process for anesthesiology? Do you apply before your 4th year? After your fourth year? During internship?

Is there an advantage to using ERAS vs individual programs' applications?

Just like all other specialties, you apply for anesthesiology during your 4th year of medical school. All anesthesia programs participate in ERAS - none required their own individual application. Everyone does ERAS, it's pretty much the only way to go!
