Hi, I am re-taking my DAT in July, so I won't be able to submit my app until then. However, I have heard that it will take much longer for AADSAS to verify my transcript after June. It might be a dumb question to ask, but what are some of the documents such as transcript that I can send now?

You can fill out your application and submit a couple of weeks before your DAT.

You can send everything but your DAT. Complete the application, submit and it will be mailed without your DAT scores. When you complete the DAT, it will be attached to your application and it will be mailed again.
