Applying late for Master program

Are there any Master program still open specially in DC metro area. Stats 3.6 GPA, MCAT 24(25 if highests are counted). Even open to a regular MS program. Any suggestions.

You have an MCAT problem and an M.S. won't help you much... invest in a prep course for January retake, do volunteer/scribing work, and take a hard look at what you've got to work with. You should realize that your GPA is OK.
