Applying now, vs the day AACOMAS opened

I am submitting my application today for all DO schools. I wanted to submit it last week but I waited because I had to drop some courses without a W.

Does it make a huge difference if I apply today vs May 5th?, Will most DO schools still receive applications on the same day( June 15th).

I know this is a tricky question, if anyone has applied slightly later than opening day and could let me know that would be great.

It's considered, for the regular application cycle, applying early if you get your app in to schools before mid July, so you are fine.

That said, the exception might be if you are wanting one of those early accpetance programs. Don't remember when the cutoff is for those and it can take a month plus to get verified, but even for those I think you're still in soon enough assuming no glitches.

Thanks, I dont think I can apply early , 3.33 cGPA and prob 3.1 sGPA after adding my 3 A's this semester. 26 MCAT

but I will atleast apply

All schools don't receive your application until June 15th, so it is still very early.
