508 is not awful. I do not think you need to retake. Just focus on writing good secondaries and everything. Trying to retake right now would just hurt you with either a delayed app or a similar score or worse.
even though your undergrad is low, your grad is good so I think you are fine plus if there is an upward trend then you should be fine. I do not think your GPA will effect heavily on your application.
What bothered me the most about my MCAT score is just the fact that my P/S sucked, had it been the old MCAT.... So no need to retake unless I don't get in this cycle?
The P/S is definitely a little low so make sure no school has a 125 cut off but I think you should be okay and only retake if this cycle doesn't work out.
