Applying this summer..HELP!

I recently took the OAT and got an AA and TS of 310;
breakdown physics and quantative reasoning : 290 for each, 300 biology, 320 reading comprehensive, 310 o.chem, and 340 g.chem


My overall GPA is 3.45 and science is 3.39

I graduated 2 years ago and originally applied then but didn't get in due to very low OAT scores. Since then I have done much volunteer work and shadowing, but I'm wondering if I should still apply. Based on my GPA and OAT scores do you think I have a chance getting in? The top schools I am looking at our Ketchum in fullerton, ICO, Berkeley, and Western or Pacific University
