Hello everybody. I go to school in texas, and applying this year.
and taking a DAT in a month.. and I am not really prepared for it.

The thing is that my school has health professional program, so I am applying to dental school through the program, but it is really time consuming.. .. .. They required me to have about 13 pages application and two intervews and my picture and 4 letters of reccomandations... ....
It is driving me crazy.. .. and I don't think it is worth it..

I would be simple if I just applied by myself through TMDSAS and AADSAS.

Do you guys think Applying through the program is beneficial??

I am not sure, but all they do seem like just writing only one letter of evaluation for me..

I really don't have time for two intervews or things like that, plus school is 30miles away from home... I wish I could just focus on DAT.. ...

.............. Let me please be in a prision to study for DAT, so nobody can interupt me.. T.T...

If your school has a pre-health committee it always looks better to apply through it than go around it. Also, they probably mail out your LOR's and transcripts for you to AASDAS. It seems hard now but it will help you in the end!

admissions committees typically prefer committee letters over multiples lor's as it centralizes the process and provides a nice "package" of you as an applicant. in fact, some schools are beginning to accept ONLY committee letters.
