Applying to Both Child and Adult Neurology

Would it be frowned upon to apply to both programs at the same institute?

Would I need a separate PS for Child neuro or does my neurology PS suffice?

I agree. I'm sticking to adult neurology. Wanting to do child neuro was a knee jerk reaction to a pleasant experience I recently had at the hospital.
