Applying to Med School After Rejecting BA/MD?

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
When I was applying for undergrad, I got into my state school's BA/MD combined program but ended up turning down the offer - it was mainly because the program was in its first year, and when I asked very general questions about the curriculum/program, they said there were still a lot of uncertainties about what the program would have capacity to offer, with it being brand new and all, and that they hadn't yet planned out a curriculum for students in the program. Weighing the uncertainty of that against an offer from my dream school, I ended up choosing to turn down the BA/MD offer. Given that I'm planning to apply there for med school when the time comes, would my past rejection of their BA/MD offer be a major red flag to adcoms?
I don't think you have anything to worry about. Undergrad admissions is completely separate from graduate school admissions, so they (MD admissions) should have no record of you in their system. On the off chance they do, so what? You were choosing an undergrad to attend to, not a medical school
