Applying to Med Schools in Ireland

To apply to medical schools over in Ireland, is it best to apply through the Atlantic Bridge Program, or to apply directly to the specific universities?
I'm looking to apply for the six year programs, but i'm not too sure what the requirements are, and they won't be out till September. I was hoping someone could help direct me, and tell me what is the best way to apply, and what I will need to do, as I have just started looking into all this. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I was just accepted to RCSI and I applied through the Atlantic Bridge Program. I wasn't a six year but I met people at the interview who were and they all seemed to have applied through that program. They are all extremely helpful when you call or email them. I would say to do that for any questions that you have!
