I am applying to the Air Force, but like many others out there, I am worried I won't be accepted. Is it possible to apply for the Navy after getting denied by the Air Force? Or will it be too late by that point? I would like to avoid applying for both simultaneously.

Yes but if you can I'd apply for both. Chances of getting AF are slim given how few there are.
