Applying to schools outside Texas

I am a Texas resident and I was wondering if this is a good list of DO schools to apply to as an out of state resident?

The private DO schools (LECOM, UHS, PCOM, ect) do not have a set number of applicants that have to accept from their state...your acceptance is not based on where you live...OUCOM and MSUCOM tend to take 10% out-of-state applicants per class..

I also applied to a couple out of state MD schools

As you can see I go to Des Moines and love it.
