Applying with prerequisites in progress?

Hello everyone, I'm retaking a prereq class that I got a C- in. Should I complete the class first before sending in my primary or should I just apply and update AACOMAS once the class is complete? I should be done with the class within 2-3 weeks.

You should wait until you are finished with the class because most schools automatically will screen you out with a C- in a pre-req.

That's not necessarily true. If you put that the class is to be completed they probably won't auto-screen you out but obviously your gpa won't have the retaken grade in it so it won't be as high. Only you can decide if it's worth it to replace the grade before you apply or not.

People have pre-reqs in progress all the time. Just apply unless you have a 2.9 and this one class will put you over the edge.
