So here is the deal: I have been shadowing this doctor for more than 2 years and he has done a lot for me including writing LORs etc..... I'll be wrapping this up next month due to time constraints. Anyone have any suggestions as to what I can give him to show my appreciation? Thanks!

Nothing says 'thanks for your continuing support' like a hummer.

A simple yet sincere "Thank you card" will do the trick 🙂

2 years is a long time. Not a lot of doctors would do that. I think a good bottle of wine (w/ the aforementioned sincere thank you card) would be nice, or maybe you could get something that they could put/hang in the office.

The wine idea is a good one, or maybe even a nice gift certificate to his favorite restaurant. Whatever you do def include a sincere card showing your appreciation.

SINCERE thanks in a note along with a sleeve of GOOD golf balls.

I second the restaurant gift card idea. You don't know if he's necessarily a wine drinker, but everyone enjoys a nice dinner!
