This is probably a dumb question, so I apologize in advance. Will it seem like I'm trying too hard if I'm wearing a tie matching the school color? :scared: Patronizing the school if you will?

Nah I don't think so at all! The assistant dean admissions officer visited my school wearing a bow tie of our school colors, I thought it was very cute and nice that he took the extra effort to blend in 🙂

What school do you go to, where wearing a bow tie in the school colors helps someone blend in??

lol wha? no i mean all the predents were visiting him 1 on 1 to inquire abt the dental school and it was a very bright and noticeable bow tie (orange and blue against starch white shirt), but it definitely matched his personality! but i mean i think bow ties generally attract more attn than a tie.

ok so not to blend in as a student but as a student of our college with the colors and all.

if you get what i mean.
