I'm interested in integrating digital content into GME. Apps exist for that purpose... Has anyone used one? Can anyone recommend one?

I want students/residents to be able to perform the following:
Download and annotate slides
Take quizes - both in and out of the lecture room and score them by individual to assign 'grades'
Online Case studies / PBLD / Journal Club

I've been looking at:
