CSF flows from the ventricle system into dural sinuses via the arachnoid granulations to return to the blood system - therefore, are the arachnoid granulations a break in the blood brain barrier?
Also, it seems that both cerebral blood vessels and CSF fluid (via arachnoid granulations) drain into these dural sinuses, so is the fluid inside the sinus already a mixture of CSF and blood?
