are bone fractures in usmleworld high yield stuff?

there's so many darn bone fracture questions in uw...perhaps like 30 of them. is this really high yield material?

I didn't have one single question on bone fractures on my exam and that was good because I refused to spend time trying to learn them for maybe one or two bone fx questions that MIGHT show up on the exam.

Thought the surgery q's had a LOT of subspecialty q's in USMLEWorld. Also, the GIT section has lots of overlap into g. surgery knowledge-type questions.
