Are both parts needed for CA bench exam?

Hi everybody!
I wonder if both parts of NBDE are needed to take the CA Bench?

hi,
It is not just both part1 and 2 NBDE which are required but it is also necessary that you pass both the exams by December 31 2003 in order to be eligible to take the CA bench exam.
