Are centrioles found in prokaryotes?

Centroiles are membrane bound organelles and are only found in eukaryotes - plus they play a role in mitosis - a place for mitotic spindles to attach. Prokaryotes replicate through binary fission so they don't have a need for them.

But I thought centrioles are not membrane bound?
