Are disasteromers considered conformational isomers?

conformers are stereoisomers that differ by rotation/orientation. disasteromers are isomers that differ at one of their chiral centers by different piositioning of substituents. since these substituents vary in "orientation" or may be rotated to that position, are they considered conformational as well? thx
