Are ERAS school transcripts updated after applying?

I got Honors on my SubI, but the grade only came back 2 days ago.
My school uploaded my transcript to ADTS 5 days ago.
If I submit my application today, will I have to ask my school to re-upload an updated transcript? Will programs have to re-download to see my new 4th year grades then?

Yes, you will need to ask your school. Some schools have policies around this -- some do not re-upload transcripts, and some will do so only once (so be certain you know when you want them to do it)

Yes, programs will need to download just your updated transcript. That will happen the next time we download anything, including new applications. Many programs download daily / weekly.
