I've got the Kaplan lecture notes for anatomy, physiology etc and also the audio lectures.

The notes seem pretty detailed and seem to tally quite well with First Aid so my question for the group (thanks in advance btw!):

Is it a good use of time to listen to 10 hours of audio per subject or is it better and more efficient to just read the Kaplan notes and then supplement it with the HY books material i.e. HY embryology, antomy etc?

What do we think?

Thanks.

PS - I should say I've got about 15 weeks left of study time, only the last 3 or 4 will be full time.

i'd say it depends on how you learn best. I've found them useful - but you only have the audio files? no videos?

I inherited it from a friend who sat Step 1 a few years ago. I think he may have ripped the audio from the video to keep the file size down.

There's just a lot of it. I'm not sure if its a good use of time or not. What do people think?
