Like lawyers, why don't pharmacists charge for what they know?

Pharmacists can charge what the market will bear. In this case, that's pretty close to nothing.

It also doesn't help that we're required to give our services away for free by law. Regulators don't value us and neither does the public. The only acceptable charge for a pharmacist's help is $0.
