Are secondaries sent via mail or just online or both?

Hello,

I'm submitting my app in 2 days. I wondered if secondaries are done only online or by mail or both, for those schools that offer more than just sending a check as your secondary.

Also, I heard that many if not most schools only give you 2 weeks to do the secondaries, is that true?

There are schools that ask you to do secondaries either online or by mail....and payment online or by mail.

Schools have different deadlines for secondaries. Some of mine gave from couple of weeks to a month from date that secondary was received by you. There were others that had deadlines in december/jan....(i had submitted my amcas in Sept), but I dont' know if this applies to amcas submitted during the summer. But definatly shortest time that I had was 2 weeks.

The majority of the schools I applied to actually mailed me the secondary, while some do have online secondaries.
