Are secondaries usually the same year after year?

So, I am planning on pre-writing my secondaries, and I am wondering if secondaries are pretty much the same/similar year after year? How many schools actually do change their secondary questions?

If I want to pre-write, is it best to just take last year's prompts and write?

Yes. For the most part, they don't change very often.
