Are spring grades considered SMP admissions?

Graduated college already. Take UCLA extension classes right now. Will apply to SMPs in 2010. Will Spring Quarter grades be looked at when making decisions for 2010 SMP admissions?

I will be applying to various SMP/SMP-like program over winter break. I contacted programs directors of multiple programs who also suggested sending mid term reports in the by either letters from professors or an official form if yourr institution has one.
