I'm pretty sure you'd have a hard time finding many surgeons who just wanted to do appys or orthopods who just wanted to do carpal tunnels for the rest of their career. So, I wouldn't use those procedures as your point-of-reference for comparing "cool" radiologic procedures.
Do a rotation in radiology and try to spend some time in IR and observing procedures with other subspecialties. Decide for yourself if you think they're "cool" or "visually pleasing", whatever that means to you.
Based on other threads you've started in this and other forums, it seems to me like you're very focused on finding a specialty that can provide you an easy life, but where you can brag to your friends/family/strangers-you-meet-on-the-elevator about how awesome your day-to-day work is. In my experience, it is hard to find these two things together. Neurosurgeons and CT surgeons do some of the most awesome work in the medical field, but their lives are by no means easy. Dermatologists, on the other hand, do the most boring (IMO) work in the medical field, but their lives are quite easy.
Just some food for thought...
