Are there any useful step 2/3rd year audio lectures?

Sort of specific, but I love the Surgery ICU Rounds podcast by Jeff Guy at Vanderbilt (http://burndoc.libsyn.com/)

From the title a lot of the podcasts are surgery/critical care based. However, I think he does a really great job taking those topics and scaling them up to general physiology and pathophysiology. Also, some of the podcasts are more general... talks on lactic acidosis, polypharmacy in the elderly, good pain management, CLABSI, Afib, renal replacement therapy, even Takotsubo Cardiomyopathy have all been topics recently.

I listened to a lot of these on my way to and from the hospital. Of course, not a formal review course or exhaustive, but good nonetheless.

I'm going to repost this in the rotation forum

Like stuff you can throw in your ipod?

Conrad Fisher has a number of videos on specific cases designed for board and shelf studying. Get them through Kaplan.

I meant stuff you can listen to in your car, not vids

Pestana did a lecture series for Kaplan (I think) that is floating around somewhere. That's rather specific to surgery, though. I'm not sure of comparable lectures for the other clerkships.
