If so I'm about to make some bank before I graduate

Pretty sure, no. But that doesn't stop people from selling them and from sororities/fraternities to have banks of them.

Craigslist. They show up, pay, and no names are mentioned. :ninja:

It's not like it's just the greek community...
Every honor society in my school had their own test banks

@terp720 "Honor Societies"

I'm certain you aren't allowed to, but if you do it jussssst before graduation and don't get caught, once you walk, I don't think there is much they can do to you.

Why not sell them after you graduate? You know, when you're free from the jurisdiction of the honor council? And from a business viewpoint it makes a lot more sense to sell exams at the start of a new semester/right before midterms/finals when the market is going to be at peak demand, instead of selling at the end of the academic year when the market demand is at its nadir.

A better question would be, "Is it ethical to sell my exams before I graduate?"

For those of us that have a conscience and act in good faith, anyway.

My school can revoke degrees for things like this. Not worth it. There are more honest was to make money, like stripping.

Who would buy them?
Also, don't your profs give them to you?

From a legal standpoint, no. The people who made the tests hold the copyrights.

Give them away for free. I's not like you are competing for the same grades.

People who want to have more practice/get ahead/who wouldn't? Plus the professors will generally put a few questions if not more from past exams on future exams. Don't see why I can sell a textbook but not exams if I didn't steal the exams from the professors office and on the front of the exam it doesn't say do not sell

:shrug: Sorry, just haven't seen that particular phenomenon before. My profs typically gave us past years' exams to practice on...but then, I think they usually made a new one each year. I certainly wouldn't spend money on something I could get a free, endorsed version of.
