Are we required to type secondaries?

Do we have to download software to type directly on these?, or can we just use manuscript?

Most of them are online. The few that came via snail mail you can type or not (some will specify to be typed though).

Of the secondary prompts I've recieved, only a few are ones in which you enter directly online, others are links to PDF files, etc.; so my question refers to this second type, do we need to type into these PDF files, print them and send them, or can I just print them, and hand write on them?

You can hand write them but it looks more professional if you type them. I'd reccomend downloading the 30 day trial of adobe acrobat professional and using it to just manually add text fields.
