2 weeks down. Results pending. Anxiety is starting to set in, even though I am confident that I passed. Anyone who sat during the week of July 9th have results yet? I know it's usually at least 3 weeks, but I am curious if anyone has received them sooner.

i took mine a little over a week ago and im already getting impatient about the wait. realistically i wouldn't expect anything before 4 weeks, however. a friend of mine took the test at an "off-peak" time and it took him 4 weeks to get his scores. too bad nbme doesnt update its score reporting section online so we know when to expect them.

Hey what day exactly did you take your test?? I took mine on the 9th of July and since that is a Monday I believe that yesterday would of been considered the third week b/c I heard that they count by wednesday's after the test.

To answer your question I am also still waiting :scared:

I took the test on the 10th, my school emails us on wednesday when they get the results so we know right away. I didn't get the results yesterday but people who took the test a couple days earlier did (don't know about the 9th tho- pretty sure they did not) I am almost positive that I will get my results emailed next wednesday. I am guessing that yours will probably be sent out on that day also.

Actually i think if you took it on the 9th or 10th next wednesday would be considered the 4th week because according to what I heard if you take the test before wednesday of the week you took it then it is considered like a another week, so next weds would be the 4th wednesday since we took it. If that makes sense?

I took mine on the 10th as well. I had no idea that if you take the test b4 wed it is counted as a wk ... yikes. I'll let you guys know if I hear of anything.

does anyone else find it annoying that schools get the results sooner than the individual who actually took the test?

OMFG. I WANT MY SCORE NOW! (and I don't want it at all!)
Had 2 dreams about my score last night.
one: I failed or just barely passed, my dean found me at school personally to tell me.
two: Dean personally hands me a paper stating my score is 241. I'm psyched. but then I realize my middle name is incorrect and I spend the rest of the dream walking around the country market that I am in trying to find someone to tell me if its my score or if it belongs to someone else with my same first and last name.
I also had a dream about trying to escape from austalia. there were floods and bridges collapsing. I believe it is unrelated to the step one. 😕
I have no idea if I passed or aced it. I guess I will find out tomorrow.

I'm not sure if I am 100% correct or not but I think that the scores will be released today because if you log into NBME and go to the document request section it lets me select "score document", whereas in previous days it would just say that there are no documents available to be requested. But then again when I go to the exam status page I still dont have a date listed down for score reporting.

Received mine today as well. Those posts were scaring me for a minute cause I dont think I could of waited a another week!
