So I just got my financial aid package from my number 1 school (georgetown) and I received zero aid. I currently am holding a full-tuition scholarship to Miami. I am planning on sending am email to negotiate with georgetown. First, when I email gtown, do I name drop Miami when telling them about the other scholarship? Or do I just say "to a different med school"? Second, would anyone be willing to read my email and see if it sounds okay?

P.S. I've watched the video that Mr.Smile has posted before about how to negotiate

I suspect they'll say "have fun and good luck with the other school."

Always go for the free ride. Your 50 year old self will thank you.
This is what I'm expecting as well, but they say you miss 100% of the shots you don't take. But should I name drop Miami and/or attach the file with Miami's offer?

LMAOOO never mind. They just sent a general follow-up email:

"We do not match other medical school financial aid offers.
We cannot discuss the rationale behind your financial aid package or consider requests for amendments.
All available institutional aid has been fully allocated for this cycle."

Goodbye georgetown 🙁
