They have a really specific type of person they r lookn fer and I don't even think they even know what that is.

Hey... I personally didn't apply to AZ but I know someone who did. She just had her interview 2 days ago. She loved the school. Class size is around 50 students.
As far as the interview goes, she said they asked a lot of "general questions." These are a few: "What are the 3 branches of gov't?" "Where did the mining accident occur?" I guess current events questions. I will try to get more stuff out of her 🙂 I will definitely ask about the "manual dexterity test" for you. Keep me posted.
