Army 12 month AEGD

So, I found out a couple of weeks ago that I will be sent[enced] to the 12 month AEGD program at Ft. Sill, Oklahoma this August. Is anyone familiar with this location and/or area and would like to share some recommendations regarding: housing, pleasure and leisure, brown recluse spider prevalence, etc. ? Thank You.
