FA new errata now says that chiari II is associated with BOTH cerebellar tonsillar herniation and syringomyelia/myelomeningocele but almost every other source I read says Chiari I is a cerebellar tonsillar herniation and Chiari II is associated with syringomyelia/myelomenigocele and a vermis herniation.
Anyone know what is ACTUALLY correct?
