I'm looking for a good USMLE book that has a section on arrythmia as i keep seeing questions on them on Qbank but they are not mentioned much in any of my USMLE study books. They are not in Goljan's, the first aid section is very small, i can't find any section dedicated to arrythmia in Kaplan books.

What is a good comprehensive USMLE book to study arrythmia? (which will cover all the types i may see on the step 1)

What kind of questions are you seeing? What we're required to know for STEP 1 is pretty basic. I wouldn't waste much time learning about stuff beyond Afib, Vfib, atrial flutter, and the AV blocks. It's a small section in First Aid and totally absent from Goljan for a good reason. It's either not tested or very rare on exams.

Thank you, I can see the reasoning, i guess first Aid should be sufficient

FA is probably good enough to know the facts but if you want to understand mechanisms then some chapters from Lilly 5th won't hurt. However if you are lacking in time, stick to FA.
