Article series similar to NEJM Clinical Problem Solving

Just wondering if anyone here knows of any other journals that publish cases in a format similar to NEJM's CPS cases. I've read all 191 cases in NEJM and I'm dying for more. The only other journal I know of that does this is Journal of Hospital Medicine (Clinical Care Conundrums) but I don't have institutional access so I have to manually request each article. JHM features some of the same brilliant docs like Sanjay Saint (UMich) and Gurpreet Dhaliwal (UCSF) if anyone is as interested as I am. I've also read all of Learning Clinical Reasoning (available on Amazon). Don't know where to begin looking for more articles like this and would be greatly appreciative if anyone has some leads.
