No one is willing to venture a guess?

I have no idea. Hypo intense rim w/o edema, no midline shift. Is it just the inferior horn of the lateral ventricle? Possibly telangiectasia or a met?

Looks like it's in the ventricular system. Possibly choroid plexus?

Also hard to tell w/ only one image

Any ideas gentlemen?

(sorry, no other images available at the moment)

Given that dark/hemosiderin rim sure looks like a cavernoma to me.
Confirm with GRE.
