Artifact? Normal structure?

In this image, in the left anterior there is something which catches my eye. Is it a normal structure, an artifact, or possibly some pathology? The learning curve for neuroradiology is enormously steep, and I couldn't find anything in Grossman which looks like this.

No one is willing to venture a guess?

I have no idea. Hypo intense rim w/o edema, no midline shift. Is it just the inferior horn of the lateral ventricle? Possibly telangiectasia or a met?

Looks like it's in the ventricular system. Possibly choroid plexus?
