School list and state of residence? That can make a big difference too.

But, I can see now your nonclicinal volunteering is light.

Did you apply DO?

Need 50 hours shadowing, more non clinical volunteering with underserved 100 hours. Your gpa is low for MD. I suggest applying DO because of your red flags (retake, IA, lower GPA, old letters). Also find a new advisor because if she gave you a 75% chance I doubt her abilities. Also you should have gotten multiple credible people to review your essays, you’ll have to explain the IA somewhere. I would also recommend a semester of research. If you really want md I’d take another gap year, show a positive GPA trend, get new letters, and finish the volunteer activities.

+1 on March. Most schools finish their interviews in March.

You have passed my Thanksgiving rule which is that if you don't have an interview by Thanksgiving, you should begin making other plans for the coming year. Don't fall into stasis through the late winter and early spring with the hope of getting a late interview. Accept what appears to be an unsuccessful cycle and begin planning for what you might do to have a stronger application in 2020. (Skip the 2019-20 application season.)
