I previously interviewed at a school and got waitlisted. I have now reapplied and got another interview. What is the best way to go about asking the admissions office if they can provide me with advice on how I performed last year?? Any tips/advice? Thanks in advance.

You should have asked feedback at the end of last year, rather than just before your next interview. Seems unlikely they'd provide you with anything useful and it'll seem like you're trying to get the information to pander the interviewers rather than taking the information to improve yourself.
