Hi, everyone!
I have a problem and I need some help.

I search the internet for some time for the best active aspirating syringe with wich one can really aspirate. I have tried many of them and the harpoon is sliping away from the cartridge. I found on the internet Aspira-plus II from Aesculap, but I'm not sure wether to order it or not. Is anyone able to tell me if it provides safe aspiration? What active aspirating syringes do you use that never fail aspirating?

Any information regarding this matter is more than welcomed!
Thank you!

After loading a cartridge, and making sure it's fully within the metal barrel (be careful of the glass!), I slam the thumb ring firmly & quickly once to engage the harpoon with the stopper. You can then check aspiration and and push the harpoon in farther if needed.
