Assessments in CV

Hi everyone,

I've browsed through previous threads and haven't found a similar question. So here's my question: As a research consultant for a research center I was asked to translate an assessment developed at the center in Spanish. I completed the translation and it is now being used in their current research projects. Would I be able to add this translation to my cv even though I'm not technically an author of the assessment? If I can, how would I cite this? Any advice? Thanks!

Can you put it on your research experience or work experience and as one of the things you did..."translated an assessment from English to Spanish"...or something along those lines. Does that make sense? I'm not sure..just a thought.

I would definitely write it down! Just make it clear that you translated the assessment and aren't the original author of it!!

I agree with the above. Nitpicky thing-- you translated an assessment *instrument*. An assessment isn't a thing you translate; it's a thing that you do (usually comprised of many assessment instruments/tests/observations/etc.)
